Policy: Refunds

Refunds are issued in the event of a return or a lost item. 

To receive a refund for a return, you must initiate the return through ebay. We cannot assist you in initiating a refund request.

To receive a refund for a lost item, you can either contact ebay and create a case for the lost item (preferred), or you can contact us via the form on our Home page or via the Contact Us tab.

Refunds will be issued through ebay. No other refund methods are acceptable (ex. Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, etc.). This is for our protection and yours.
